Architecture Manager for Contract Projects in Moscow

As an Egyptian or Filipino Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract projects in Moscow, Russia. Your main role will be to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution. This is a contract job with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee contract projects in Moscow from conception to completion
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to address any issues or concerns
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance as needed
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
