Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Siauliai. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and finance, and be familiar with international accounting standards. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the company
- Develop budgets and financial forecasts
- Prepare accurate financial reports on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards
- Manage the day-to-day accounting tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable/receivable processes
- Conduct audits to identify potential financial risks or discrepancies
- Provide guidance and support to junior accountants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Experience with audits is preferred but not required
