We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to candidates of any nationality, but proficiency in English is preferred.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining files and records, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry and creating reports.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required, and knowledge of accounting software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. As this is a job for Canadians, preference will be given to Canadian applicants. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of nationality.
