Loader Supervisor


A reputable logistics company in Lom is seeking a Loader Supervisor to join our team. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the loading and unloading of goods onto and off of trucks or other vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the loading team
- Assign tasks to loaders and ensure they are completed efficiently and safely
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor loading processes to ensure that goods are being loaded in an organized and secure manner
- Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods, ensuring that they match the corresponding paperwork
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the loading process
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed by loaders at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a loader supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loading processes
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading operations
- Fluency in English (other languages an asset)
