Computer Systems Analyst

A fast-growing technology company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong technical skills and experience in systems analysis and design. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our computer systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop detailed requirements and specifications for new or updated systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of system design principles.
- Experience working with various operating systems (Windows, Linux) and programming languages (Java, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
- Fluency in English.
