Computer Systems Analyst - English Speaking (Malayalee Preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst with fluency in English and preference for Malayalee nationality to join our team in Vilnius. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing computer systems and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness for our clients. You will also be involved in designing and implementing new systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new systems or modify existing ones to meet client needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system functionality meets business needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions for new systems or upgrades
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements or upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of Malayalam is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Experience working with various operating systems, programming languages, and databases
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Salary: 1100$ per month
Employment Type: Contract (with potential for extension)
