Responsibilities:
- Operate various factory machines according to specifications
- Set up machines at the beginning of production or after maintenance
- Ensure all materials used are correct by checking specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth running
- Troubleshoot issues with machines as they arise
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery
- Report any malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred
- Strong understanding of machine functions and mechanical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is an asset)
- Flexibility in working hours may be required
