Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a Pakistani restaurant in Hawalli. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Check on customers throughout their meal and provide assistance as needed
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Assist with setting up for daily operations such as preparing tables, restocking supplies, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to make recommendations to customers
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Strong communication skills in English or Urdu (Pakistani national preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1500$ per month (plus tips)
