Smelter Operator
As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the smelting process to extract metals from raw materials. Your main duties will include monitoring and adjusting controls, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the safety of yourself and your team members. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience working in a smelting or similar industrial environment. You must also possess strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills. Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.

As our ideal candidate, you should be a reliable team player with excellent communication skills. You must also be able to follow instructions carefully, maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety regulations. This position requires working rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within our company for motivated individuals. We offer on-the-job training and competitive salary of $1100 per month. This position does not include accommodation.
