As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and leading a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
