Sales Manager (St-Petersburg, Russia)
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in St-Petersburg, Russia. This individual will be leading a team of sales representatives and developing strategies to expand the company's market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in St-Petersburg
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Create sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management review
- Provide training, guidance, and support for team members to improve performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
