Preservation Architect



We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting research, preparing preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to determine the historical significance of buildings and structures
- Prepare detailed preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure preservation work is done accurately
- Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget
- Inspect buildings and structures for damage or deterioration, making recommendations for necessary repairs
- Work closely with local authorities and communities to ensure preservation efforts are supported
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members working on preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Preservation Architect
- Strong knowledge of historical preservation principles, techniques, and materials
- Experience preparing preservation plans and overseeing restoration projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to conduct thorough research and write detailed reports on historical buildings and structures
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
