As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces to create structures such as floors, walls, sidewalks, and roads. You will work with various tools and materials including concrete mixers, shovels, trowels, and levels to ensure precision and quality in your work.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete work
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by cleaning and leveling the area
- Set up forms or molds according to specifications
- Mix concrete according to ratio instructions using hand or machine methods
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth surfaces using various tools
- Ensure proper alignment of forms for desired shape and size
- Monitor curing process to prevent cracks or damage
- Repair damaged concrete structures as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations on the job site
