Merchandiser - Gujrat, India


We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production and delivery of goods to meet customer demands. Your role will involve working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure that our products are produced and delivered on time, in the right quantities and at the best quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions accordingly
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure profitability
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor products
- Collaborate with design teams to develop new product ideas
- Oversee product packaging and labeling
- Manage logistics and shipping processes for timely delivery of goods
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
