Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Washington. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products. Your main duties will include creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and working closely with developers to troubleshoot issues.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with both manual and automated testing. You should also have excellent attention to detail and be able to effectively communicate with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for software products
- Identify and report bugs, track them through resolution
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues
- Perform manual and automated testing on various platforms
- Document test results and provide feedback to the development team
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Proven experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, able to work effectively within a team

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract job: This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension.
