Senior Architect - Las Vegas


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals that meet their needs
- Prepare and present design concepts, drawings, and plans to clients for approval
- Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final construction
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an architect, with at least 2 years in a senior level role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Las Vegas. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are able to work legally in the United States.
