Senior Architect - Design and Planning Expert (Position filled)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As the design and planning expert, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional architectural designs for our projects. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for creating unique and sustainable designs that enhance the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all designs meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards
- Collaborate with project teams to develop design solutions that are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and sustainability practices
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Location:
This position is based in Las Vegas but remote work options can be considered for exceptional candidates.
