As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality food and service, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff schedules, ensuring quality food and service, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and manage costs effectively
- Create and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or relevant field preferred

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
