Formworker



We are a construction company based in Izhevsk and we are currently seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and installing temporary structures used to support concrete during construction. You will use a variety of materials such as wood, metal, and plastic to create forms that will hold the concrete in place until it sets.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent math skills and be able to read and interpret blueprints. You must also have experience working with hand and power tools as well as the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Attention to detail is crucial in this position as even small errors can have significant consequences on the final structure.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to blueprints
- Assemble forms using hand and power tools
- Install reinforcing bars or mesh inside forms
- Place and secure forms in designated areas
- Pour concrete into forms
- Smooth out concrete surfaces using various tools
- Remove forms once concrete has set
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong math skills
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Russia.
