Office Administrator - Las Vegas
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office in Las Vegas. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and maintaining office supplies, organizing and scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments for employees, clients, and partners
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the team by preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate with building maintenance for any repairs or issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
