We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring high levels of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure consistent and efficient cleaning practices
- Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and maintained
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to address any guest requests or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and submit purchase requests as needed
- Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations
- Develop and implement procedures for proper handling of lost and found items
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Good knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
