Moderator and Content Manager
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Moderator and Content Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Moderator and Content Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring online discussions, engaging with users, and creating engaging content for our brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing online communities, strong communication skills, and the ability to create compelling content. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$, with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online discussions on various platforms such as forums, social media channels, and blogs
- Engage with users by responding to their comments and questions in a timely manner
- Create original content for our brand's social media channels, website, and blog
- Manage our online community by promoting positive interactions and fostering relationships between users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Analyze trends in user engagement and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and content creation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1+ years of experience as a Community Manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community management best practices
- Proven experience creating compelling content for various platforms (social media, website, blog)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is preferred
