Finisher Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finisher Supervisor to join our team in Herzliya. As the leader of our finishing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of production and ensuring that all finished products meet our high-quality standards. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month, and we are specifically looking for candidates from Egypt who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of finishers to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Review and approve finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues or defects in finished products and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and prioritize tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a finisher or in a similar supervisory role preferred but not required
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Biometric passport required for international travel
