We are a reputable construction company based in Herzliya, seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing finishing work on construction projects, ensuring high-quality and timely completion. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in finishing work and be able to work full-time. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate, but they must have their own visa to work in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of finishing work, including sanding, painting, staining, and varnishing
- Ensure all finishing work is completed to high-quality standards and within project deadlines
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finisher in the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality results
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Nepali is a bonus)
- Must have own visa to work in Israel
