We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data-Mining Specialist to join our team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends, creating data models, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and mining techniques, as well as excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on large datasets using complex algorithms and statistical methods
- Develop data models to identify patterns and trends
- Collaborate with other team members to gather requirements and understand project goals
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations or reports
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies in data mining

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience in data mining or analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
