Loader for Construction Company in Washington, USA


We are hiring a Loader to join our construction team in Washington, USA. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and equipment at the construction site. This is a physically demanding role that requires previous experience and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, forklifts, and skid steers to move materials around the construction site
- Load and unload materials from trucks using appropriate lifting equipment
- Ensure all materials are placed in designated areas on the construction site
- Check equipment for any damages or malfunctions before operating
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks effectively
- Keep the work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a loader or similar role in a construction setting
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Familiarity with basic maintenance of equipment is preferred
- Biometric passport or legal right to work in the USA without sponsorship
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per week. Benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans may be offered after a probationary period.
