Gardener - Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance (Los Angeles, USA)


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping and lawn areas of our clients' properties. This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and edging to keep lawns and gardens looking neat and well-maintained
- Plant new trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants as needed
- Monitor and treat plants for pests and diseases
- Install irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Clean up leaves, debris, and other materials from outdoor spaces
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific gardening needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, trees, and their care requirements
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment maintenance procedures
- Physical strength and stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Must have own transportation to travel between job sites

Other Requirements:
- Applicants must be Nepali nationals or possess valid work permits for the USA.
- Fluency in English is not required but is considered an asset.
- This role does not provide accommodation; therefore applicants must have their own housing arrangements.
- Applicants must hold valid work visas or be eligible to obtain one without the company's sponsorship.
- Although this role is suitable for both men and women, preference will be given to male applicants due to the physical demands of the job.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month, which will be paid bi-weekly.
