Florist Supervisor

As a Florist Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our florist shop in Faisalabad. You will be in charge of managing a team of florists and ensuring that all floral arrangements are completed to our high standards. This is a contract position that includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of florists, including training and scheduling
- Ensure all floral arrangements meet our quality standards
- Order and maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Create and design floral arrangements for weddings, events, and other occasions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral designs
- Keep track of sales and expenses, and report to management as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a supervisory role in a flower shop
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Artistic abilities with an eye for design and detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling sales transactions
- Fluency in English is preferred

Salary: 1700$ per month
