Job Title: Administrator - Faisalabad, Pakistan
We are in search of a competent and organized Administrator to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Process invoices and handle financial transactions
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Monitor office budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
