As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
