Executive Chef Assistant



We are in search of a talented Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Muharraq. As an assistant to the Executive Chef, you will assist in overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of culinary professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a student with a passion for cooking to gain valuable hands-on experience and learn from one of the best chefs in the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Executive Chef to plan menus and create new dishes
- Assist in managing kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets our high standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Assist with special events and catering functions as needed

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary program preferred
- Strong passion for food and desire to learn from experienced professionals
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month (temporary position)

Location: Muharraq, Bahrain
