Heavy Equipment Operator

Our construction company based in Chelyabinsk is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience operating various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work in different weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete daily logs and reports
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have own visa or residency permit in Chelyabinsk (preferably Filipino)
- Strong communication skills in English or Russian

Salary: 1700$ per month (depending on experience)
