Senior Industrial Architect - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As the Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of industrial buildings and structures. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative designs for industrial buildings and structures that meet client requirements
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring all work meets quality standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in industrial architecture
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their goals
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proven track record of successfully delivering industrial projects from concept to completion
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods specific to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in Russian (written and spoken)
- LEED certification or other sustainability credentials
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience level.

Location:
This position is located in Ufa, Russia. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship may be provided for candidates outside of Russia.
