Office Manager - Nizwa, Egypt
We are a growing company in the heart of Nizwa, Egypt and we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Prepare reports and documents as needed
- Organize and maintain confidential files
- Train and supervise administrative staff
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Act as a liaison between employees, clients, and management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in office management or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
Location:
This job is based in Nizwa, Egypt.
