IT Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. You will work closely with our team to identify and implement technological solutions that improve efficiency and support our business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of our company's information technology systems
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Work closely with department heads to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize risk
- Stay up-to-date with current technology trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and services procurement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and data management techniques
- Experience managing teams of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faisalabad (accommodation not provided)
