Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Contract Position)


We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end Indian restaurant in Herzliya. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300, suitable for an Indian national who is looking for English speaking jobs in Israel.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing the menu, overseeing the kitchen operations, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently delivered to guests. You must have a deep understanding of traditional Indian cuisine and be able to create innovative and authentic dishes using fresh, local ingredients.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining Indian restaurant. We are willing to consider candidates without prior experience if they have completed relevant culinary training or have a strong passion for cooking Indian cuisine.

The right candidate should be able to handle pressure well, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and lead by example when it comes to maintaining food quality standards. Strong communication skills are crucial as you will be working closely with the restaurant management team and training kitchen staff.
