Executive Chef for International Restaurant in Herzliya, Israel



We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at an international restaurant located in Herzliya, Israel. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality dining experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we welcome applicants from all nationalities, including Egyptians and Kenyans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menu offerings that reflect international flavors and trends
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in accordance with health standards
- Collaborate with the management team to plan special events or promotions
- Monitor budget and control costs while maintaining high-quality food offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Experience creating menus that cater to various dietary restrictions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
