DevOps Developer

Our fast-growing tech company is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Developer to join our team in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our infrastructure and automation processes to support our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with various DevOps tools and technologies, a strong understanding of software development processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated processes for software build, deployment, and release
- Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure and automation processes
- Collaborate with software developers and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of code changes into production
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure and automation processes
- Continuously research new technologies and tools to improve efficiency of software development processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a DevOps role or similar position
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk or ELK stack
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
