We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures and frameworks on construction sites. This role requires strong physical stamina and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials according to specifications
- Setting up formwork for concrete structures using various tools and equipment
- Pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete into forms
- Removing formwork after concrete has set
- Repairing or replacing damaged formwork as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their uses
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and shaping materials accurately
