Housekeeping Manager


We are currently hiring for a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Umm-Said. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Your role will also involve managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they are properly trained and following all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement cleaning schedules for all areas of the hotel
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Order cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist in budget planning for housekeeping expenses

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required
