IT Manager - Remish, Malayalee Preferred


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Remish. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position and we welcome applications from Malayalees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems
- Oversee network security, data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage the budget for IT projects and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements as needed
- Train and mentor team members on new technology systems or processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a managerial position
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, data storage systems, security protocols, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
