Merchandiser for Luxury Retail Store in Bansko


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our luxury retail store in Bansko. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized at all times. You will work closely with the buying team to select and present merchandise in a way that attracts and engages customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with the store's goals
- Work closely with the buying team to select and order merchandise that meets customer demand
- Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, priced, and labeled in accordance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and make timely replenishment orders as needed
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase new arrivals and promotions
- Keep track of sales trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer preferences and make recommendations for future merchandise orders
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure visual standards are being maintained
- Train new employees on proper merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in a luxury retail setting
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and designers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: 900$ per month

Location: Bansko, Bulgaria
