IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing our network, servers, software, and hardware, as well as providing technical support to all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless devices
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all software and hardware
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and backups
- Provide technical support to staff for all IT related issues
- Evaluate new technology solutions and make recommendations for improvements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Train employees on new software or hardware as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security protocols (firewalls)
- Experience with Windows server administration (Active Directory) and virtualization (VMware)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other business applications (ERP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Herzliya

Note: While this position is open to all candidates who meet the qualifications listed above, preference will be given to Canadian applicants. Fluency in English is not required for this role.
