Sales Representative for International Company in Utena
As a Sales Representative for our international company in Utena, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to clients. Your main goal will be to increase sales and meet or exceed targets set by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships with them
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction
- Keep track of sales data and report on performance regularly
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in a B2B setting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license
Salary: 1100$
Location: Utena, Lithuania (accommodation not provided)
Contract Type: Full-time (with possibility for extension)
Visa/Work Permit: Free visa provided; candidate must arrange own travel expenses.
