Administrator for Women's Shelter in Malindi

We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team at a women's shelter in Malindi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the shelter, overseeing staff and volunteers, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar environment, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a compassionate approach towards supporting vulnerable women. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Preference will be given to Pakistani or Malayalee candidates with their own visa.
