Plastering Specialist

As a Plastering Specialist, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in commercial and residential buildings. You will work closely with construction teams to ensure that all plastering is completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Plasterer and possess excellent knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or patching to remove any imperfections
- Mix plaster to the desired consistency and apply it evenly to the surface using trowels or spray guns
- Create decorative textures and patterns in the plaster as per client requirements
- Smooth out rough spots and ensure a flawless finish
- Repair cracks or holes in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate with construction teams to coordinate work schedules and timelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer, preferably in both commercial and residential settings
- In-depth knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in using various tools such as trowels, spatulas, and spray guns
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination for precise workmanship
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials for long periods of time

Location:
This is a contract job based in Gujrat, India. Accommodation will be provided by the employer.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
