Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing out uneven areas
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using hand tools or machines
- Create decorative textures and finishes according to client specifications
- Repair damaged or cracked plaster and ensure smooth finishes
- Measure and cut materials accurately to minimize waste
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterer is preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of various types of plaster and their applications
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina and dexterity for working with hand tools and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or other design plans is an asset
