We are hiring a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Isa Town. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maximizing profitability. Your main goal will be to create a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, such as food preparation, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing any complaints or issues promptly
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency and meet customer expectations
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health codes
- Create marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the chef to design menus that appeal to our target audience
- Control costs by managing inventory levels and negotiating with suppliers for best prices
- Analyze sales data and make adjustments as needed to increase profitability

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, and budgeting
- Familiarity with restaurant software systems (e.g., POS)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
