Architecture Manager - Sheduva, Egypt



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Egypt. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$. English language skills are not required for this job.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all architectural and design projects
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and other team members
- Review project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality control
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
