Civil Engineer - Siauliai, Lithuania

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will also be involved in analyzing project costs, materials and labor requirements, as well as ensuring that all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Excellent knowledge of construction principles, techniques and materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets and resources needed
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, address issues and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Collaborate with architects, contractors and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Monitor project costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members
